eContact Services works on its own behalf and on behalf of our clients, contacting existing and prospective business customers using the phone and other communication channels. As this involves the processing of personally identifiable data, we comply with the both the UK GDPR and EU GDPR regulations. GDPR Legal Basis for Processing

We control and process data for ourselves, to promote the services of the company, as well as process data to carry out direct Business to Business (B2B) marketing, appointment setting, lead generation, research and other services on behalf of clients. A Data Protection Agreement (DPA) between eContact Services Ltd and the contracted client will define and limit the use of such data in line with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.

Personally Identifiable Data (PID) is never shared with any third party other than the client we are working on behalf of. We never resell or share this data with any other party.

All data is securely stored and processed within the UK in accordance with UK GDPR obligations and compliant with the EU GDPR.
