eContact Services works on its own behalf and on behalf of our clients, contacting existing and prospective business customers using the phone and other communication channels. As this involves the processing of personally identifiable data, we comply with the GDPR EU regulations which came into force on 25th May 2018. GDPR Legal Basis for Processing
We control and process data for ourselves, to promote the services of the company, as well as process data to carry out direct Business to Business (B2B) marketing, appointment setting, lead generation, research and other services on behalf of clients. Your personal data such as your name and contact detail(s) will only ever be given to our contracted clients where you have agreed to attend an event or meeting where you have agreed via email to do so. A Data Protection Agreement (DPA) between eContact Services Ltd and the contracted client will define and limit the use of such data in line with the GDPR.
Personally Identifiable Data (PID) is never shared with any third party other than the client we are working on behalf of. We never resell or share this data with any other party.
All data is securely stored and processed within the EU.
