We’ve been generating leads for over two decades. In late 2019, building on our success, we expanded our operations significantly, moving to a new, state-of-the-art office in central Glasgow and launching a number of new services. We now offer marketing and content generation as well as our established lead generation offering. This extends the value we can deliver and turns eCS into a one-stop, end-to-end destination for sales and marketing support.

Across both our locations (in Glasgow and Lanark), we put a rich mix of skills to work for clients, with the multilingualism of our team being a particularly unique asset. Tracy Bottomley

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Tracy Bottomley founded eContact Services (eCS) twenty five years ago, after a successful career in sales and marketing then business development in the telecommunications industry.

She understands the industry and how to identify leads within a fast-growing and evolving market and so fully understands the pressures on vendors and operators.

Tracy’s unique expertise in telco along with her technology background have enabled her to build eCS into a highly respected company. She is today recognised as an expert in appointment setting and lead generation services in a very specialised and niche sector. 

Jim Ward

HEAD OF STRATEGY

Jim Ward has worked in sales and marketing, and as an entrepreneur, for over 30 years, 15 specifically in the mobile and wireless markets. He was director and CEO of a telecommunications trade body for two years, assisting mobile and wireless companies with business growth in a fast-evolving vertical market.

Jim has held various roles within sales and marketing, managing teams working in diverse technologies and growing businesses five fold in high-pressure environments.

A director of eContact Services, he has assisted with the strategic growth and direction of the business.

Dan Hughes

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Dan Hughes has worked in marketing and lead generation for over ten years, specifically within the telco space. 

His detailed knowledge about the technologies used in the industry is supported by his solid background in IT, with hands on experience with Cisco to Microsoft. Dan’s experience is used to provide quality leads for eCS’ clients. 

A team player, he works diligently to ensure results for clients and assists team members in improving their day-to-day performance.

Mark Scanlan

HEAD OF SALES

Mark Scanlan has over 20 years’ experience running sales and business development teams globally in the telecoms and IT Industries.

He has held senior roles for leading companies including BT, Compaq, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and others. Mark thrives on building high performing and successful teams.

Mark manages sales in eCS’ Glasgow office, and is responsible for experience, training, coaching and management.

Niamh Clancy

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

Niamh Clancy has spent two decades in the telecommunications industry working with operators, vendors and systems integrators. 

She has held roles with both the leading industry bodies; the GSMA and TM Forum giving her deep insights into the market. 

Niamh has been instrumental in pointing many of the world’s leading operators in the right direction to address their pain points through collaboration with vendor experts that solve the commercial challenges they face.
